Dementors are the soul sucking evil creatures of Harry Potter fame. This costume consists of a long black flowing robe with ragged and tattered edges, there is an attached molded rib-cadge section and both this and the hood have a layer of black gauze covering it to make it look even more sinister. The face-mask is held in place with elastic and the back of the head is covered by the hood.
